Happy New Year! After a full week in 2022, post holiday blues has taken full force with the Lee sisters. We commenced "Taco Thursday" this past week. Around the dinner table, the three of us discussed New Year's resolutions. I (Vickie) shared with my sisters that this year I was going to focus on one goal and try my best to be as consistent as possible. Ready for it? This year I want to stop using my phone by 10 p.m. This is challenging for me because my norm has been to lay in bed and be on my phone for far too long. This has led to poor sleep, not enough sleep, mood swings and so much more. A week into it, I can say that I have already seen so much improvement in my daily life. Although, last night was really difficult because I had started to watch the Harry Potter 20th anniversary reunion on HBO and was a bit devastated I had to put my phone down. Nevertheless, I did put my phone down and focused on falling asleep.
